IMAC EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM PROGRAM OBJECTIVE: By capitalizing on the good judgment of our employees, the objective of this sourcing technique is to reduce recruitment costs, speed up the sourcing of hourly security candidates and increase the quality of new hires. This objective will be accomplished by utilizing our employees to identify well-qualified candidates from their groups of friends, associates and peers, currently unemployed or working in other organizations. PROGRAM RESTRICTIONS: All existing pre-employment requirements, employee screening and minimum hiring standards will be maintained at their current level. In addition like all other "referrals" i.e. from advertisements, web postings etc.; we will continue to conduct validation of credential, education and references during the interview and pre-employment assessment process. Not all applicants put forth will be successful as standards will not be lowered in order to ensure a candidates success. APPLICATION: The employee referral program is open to all hourly and non-executive salaried employees. The positions we are currently utilizing this program for are Security Officer and Shift Supervisors positions within our security division. CONDITIONS: (a) All referrals must meet minimum qualifications. The final decision regarding the provision of a conditional offer of employment will rest with Director of Operations. (b) All referrals must pass all phases of the recruiting process including: references; criminal/credit checks, drug testing and successful completion of all mandatory training programs. (c) All referred candidates that meet the minimum requirements are guaranteed to be placed into the (d) Hired referrals must complete 336 hours of billable work before any bonus can be paid.
