IMAC provides employees with training both on the job and in the classroom.

Programs offered through IMAC cover job-specific skills with a focus on the principles that foster professionalism in this specialized line of work. Ethics, adaptability, problem-solving skills and public relations are some of the cornerstone values we promote.

Employees are schooled in all relevant legal and statutory obligations. Practical skills include effective note taking, report writing, evidence collection, documentation, fire prevention, safety and tactical communications.

IMAC’s personnel are licensed as per respective statutory requirements. Our senior officers obtain certification in Compliance Direction and Takedown (CDT), an accredited program that equips personnel to work effectively as a team in adverse situations.
