The content of this series defines the need, make-up, and functions of a crisis management team (CMT) and it puts a focus on the importance of security awareness. Participants will be asked to outline various situations that the CMT could face in their specific company and prepare plans to counter the threat. Through dry run scenarios, the teams will learn how to rehearse and refine their plans.
