The courses in this series are designed as a tool for the client's management to use to prepare staff for the emotionally charged experience of a labor strike. Topics include a review of the contingency planning needed to prepare for a union strike at a specific facility. Through targeted exercises, participants will be asked to outline all of the possible contingencies that could arise once the labor strike occurs and provide decision making options.
